As a Team Leader or Manager, you’ll earn an additional bonus of between 4% and 6%, not only on your personal sales but from the sales of everyone in your team too. Plus, for 2012 only, we’ve introduced a Manager Super Bonus – so you can earn even more, up to 10%* on the sales of everyone in your team!
