What information do Customer Services require when I contact them?
If you are getting in touch regarding an order delivery, please ensure you have the following information to hand:
(a) Order Number
(b) Your ID number
(c) Packers Number - The compliments slip contained within your order will tell you this
(d) QC checker This is also on the compliments slip in your order
