What are the Customer Service team opening hours?
Monday: 8.30am - 5pm
Tuesday: 8.30am - 5pm
Wednesday: 10am – 5pm (closed 8.30am – 10am for staff training).
Thursday: 8.30am - 5pm
Friday: 8.30am - 5pm

How much does it cost to call?
Calls to 0844 871 2010 - are charged at local rate for BT users only. As mobile and other network call charges may vary, please refer to your service provider for more details. Calls to 0818220945 (Southern Ireland customers only) cost 6.57 cents per minute from Southern Ireland

What information do Customer Services require when I contact them?
If you are getting in touch regarding an order delivery, please ensure you have the following information to hand:
(a) Order Number
(b) Your ID number
(c) Packer’s Number - The compliments slip contained within your order will tell you this
(d) QC checker – This is also on the compliments slip in your order
Having this information will not only help us give extra training and support to the warehouse staff, but will also ensure that we can resolve your call much quicker.
